Do gift cards expire?
No. Neon Aura gift cards never expire and can be used at any time.
Can I use a gift card toward part of an order?
Yes. If your order total is more than the gift card value, you can pay the difference with another payment method. Remaining balance stays on the card for next time.
How is the gift card delivered?
By email, usually within a few minutes of purchase. You can send it directly to the recipient or to yourself to give in person or print out.
Can gift cards be refunded?
Gift cards are non-refundable once purchased, but the balance never expires, so there's no rush to use it.
